to remove polyurethane coatings, felt paper and carpet adhesive from
hardwood floors, effectively preparing the floor for refinishing.
The diamond cutting surface remains free of melted or gummed up
coatings and retains its sharp cutting points throughout the life of
the tool. No more wasted time or money changing caramelized
sandpaper.
Refinishing hardwood floors starts with the Wood
Floor Prep Tool. This tool mounts to any standard speed floor buffer
and uses diamond coated blades to grind tough coatings away. A
clutch plate is supplied at no-charge and fits the majority of floor
machines used today.
The wood floor preparation tool is 15" in diameter.
This will fit the majority of 17" floor machines and is
largest size available.
