crystals in the industry. A brittle crystal is produced that can be
extracted from the fiber with routine vacuuming.

Hydroxi Pro Carpet Cleaning Polymer combines the
cleaning and deodorizing power of Hydrogen Peroxide with the
anti-resoiling capabilities of a crystallizing polymer. This unique
formulation helps reduce contamination associated with indoor air
pollution without the buildup of sticky residue or high V.O.C. solvents.
The result is a process that leaves your carpet cleaner than ever and
fights re-soiling by encapsulating residual cleaning agents and soils in
a hard, brittle polymer. The encapsulated soils and polymer are removed
with the next vacuuming of the carpet. |

There are four Carpet Cleaning Methods
To Choose From |
Method One:
Measure 10 oz. of Carpet Cleaning Crystal and pour into a pump-up
sprayer. Fill with hot water, mix and build up compression.
Begin by heavily spraying traffic lane areas such as:
1.Doorways 2.Hallways 3.Elevator areas 4.Break room/Food service areas
5.Main entryways 6.Spots and stains 7.All areas that appear darker than
normal.
Next, saturate the entire area to be cleaned with the
10-oz-per-gallon solution. Agitate by raking two directions, pushing the
carpet rake forward in longated strokes, then cross raking the opposite
direction. This raises the pile and allows better penetration of the
solution.
C. Wait ten (10) minutes, then extract with clean, hot
water. With Carpet Cleaning Crystal there is no reason to use additives
for deodorizing, brightening or de-foaming because it is all built into
this unique formula.
D. Dry the carpet using an Air Mover, floor fans, open
windows or turn on HVAC units to the FAN ON position.

Normal
Extraction:
Normal Extraction: Add 2 oz. per gallon of Carpet Cleaning Crystal
Concentrate to your solution tank and fill with hot water. Extract as
normal. Since you do not use a pre-conditioner or agitation with Method
Two, overall cleaning will not be as effective as Method One.

Bonnet Cleaning: (Low moisture system)
Bonnet Cleaning: Mix Carpet Cleaning Crystal at 10 oz. per gallon of
water. Soak bonnet, removing excess solution. Lightly pre-spray carpet,
allowing 10 minutes dwell time, then bonnet clean, as normal. A clean
mop bucket and wringer works well here. |
Dry Agitation
Cleaning:
Dry Agitation Cleaning: Mix Carpet Cleaning Crystal at 10 oz. per gallon
of water. Pre-spray carpet (400 sq. ft. per gallon of RTU dilution)
that’s a 20’ x 20’ area. Agitate into the carpet with a carpet rake in
two directions. (For best results, agitate with a counter-rotating brush
action, let carpet area dry for 24 hours and vacuum thoroughly.)

Spotting:
Mix Carpet Cleaning Crystal 10 oz. per gallon of water. Soak problem
area with solution. Agitate with carpet brush or rake and allow 5-10
minutes dwell time. Blot excess liquid with a clean, absorbent cloth.
For tough, stubborn stains, repeat application procedures.

Heavy
Browning Area:
Mix Carpet Cleaning Crystal at 20 oz. per gallon of water and
pre-spray browned areas thoroughly followed by extraction with clean
water. Use ceiling or portable fans to dry treated areas quickly!
