for superior cutting of all glue, mastic or buildup.
Mastic Removal Tool
is designed with replaceable blades, which enable users to order a
replacement kit and easily change used or worn blades, minimizing
downtime. Simply loosen two screws and replace.
25 Grit Diamond Embedded Metal Blades.
A back plate is used to support usage of the
entire blade.
Floor protrusions can damage blades and cause the
machine to operate unstable.
Under normal use blade wear is
approximately 1500-2300 sq ft. for mastic removal.

The maximum recommended size for
use
with a standard floor machines is 16"
Designed to remove mastic and similar
tile adhesives, adhered to concrete floors.
(when ordering a mastic removal tool, it should
measure 2" smaller than the machine size. Therefore, a 17" floor
machine would use an a 15"
tool. This rule applies to over 99% of the applications.
When used with single disc floor machine, motor
must be 1.5 horsepower minimum turning 175 rpm. Not for use
with high speed machines. Can be used on an Auto Scrubber in sizes 12" -
38" (special order).
