A high performance premium quality acrylic
membrane coating for sealing and finishing non-resilient hard surfaces, such
as concrete, terrazzo, granite, brick, un-glazed ceramic tile, slate or
other stone surfaces. This water-based coating should be used where demand
for excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, and wear is required. Fast
drying with no solvent fumes makes this an ideal product for use in closed
areas. This product should be used for interior applications only.

Manufacturer’s Recommendation: This coating is to be applied without
thinning. VOC Content = 73.2 grams/liter, excluding water.

SEALING AND FINISHING CONCRETE, TERRAZZO, QUARRY TILE,
FLAGSTONE, BRICK, UN-GLAZED CERAMIC TILE, and other non-resilient surfaces.
Preparation:
Remove all grease, oil, and other foreign material by
scrubbing with a heavy-duty cleaner and good scrub brushes. For better
adhesion on permanent type coatings such as moisture-cured urethanes or
epoxies, it is recommended that the surface be abraded with a 100-mesh
screen disk. Smooth dense concrete surfaces should be acid conditioned
before application. Rinse floor thoroughly with clear water and allow to
dry.
Application:
Apply a liberal coat using a mop, squeegee, roller, lambs
wool applicator or other appropriate applicator. If higher gloss is desired
apply a second coat after allowing first coat to dry approximately 45
minutes. Surface temperature should be above 40°F. Allow final coat to dry
at least 8 hours before allowing heavy traffic onto floor.
Maintenance:
Use a treated dust mop for the removal of surface dirt and
grit. Mop or scrub with a neutral or all-purpose cleaner to remove all soil.
