Maximum Wear Floor Finish "N-Dure"
N-Dure Advanced Floor Finish is a self cross linking
polymer resin floor finish system, enhanced with nano particles of zinc
oxide, providing ultimate protection in a water base clear finish.
It is an extremely durable, clear floor finish that is
ideal for coating and protecting tile, wood and stained concrete floor. Nano Floor Finish flows and levels exceptionally
well on most any type of floor. Nano Floor Finish dries clear and
is non-yellowing – ideal for maintaining the true natural color of floors.
This new floor finish is a pure acrylic finish formulated with
a nano-additive that provides outstanding scratch resistance, abrasion
resistance, and durability. The nano-additive significantly improves
leveling properties which allows the finish to be distributed uniformly-
ultimately easing the application process. Because of its ultra-durable and
low maintenance properties, it is the cost conscious choice for high traffic
areas.

regular basis or are not buffed / burnished with great
frequency.
This product is an excellent choice for school
classrooms, cafeteria floors, entrances, stained concrete & terrazzo floor.
This 20% solids styrene-free floor finish is well suited for
scrub and recoat programs. Daily dust mopping and damp mopping, spray
buffing, and mop on restorers keep your floors looking beautiful, even after
multiple recoats. This finish will not yellow and can be stripped
easily with conventional floor strippers. |

Directions
Preparation:
If stripping is necessary, use a high
quality stripper and
follow the directions accordingly. Follow with a thorough
rinsing and allow floor to dry completely.
If stripping is not
necessary; sweep up loose dirt and dust. Clean with
Simple
Blue or E-18 Scrub & Recoat cleaner to remove dirt and oils.
Follow with a thorough rinsing and allow floor to dry
completely.
Finishing:
Spread a liberal coat of finish evenly across the floor with
a clean mop or
applicator. Allow each coat to dry at least
20 minutes before applying the next coat. Four to five coats
is ideal initially, depending on the condition of the floor
and desired gloss.
Maintenance:
The floor may be maintained using a quality
floor cleaner
and damp mopping regularly. Spray buffing or mop-on
restoring may also be done after sweeping up loose dirt and
dust. Spray buff or high speed burnish to put dazzle into
its high shine, or to revitalize the finish again and
again.
