Step By Step Instruction

Step #1 The Concrete Metal Tool is designed to be the first step in the Diamabrush concrete polishing system. This is the Roughing Tool. Available in sizes 12” – 20”. Included with each Concrete Metal Tool is an "Operator Instruction Guide". Specially Designed Blade The Patent Pending Concrete Prep Tool is designed with replaceable blades, which enable users to order a replacement kit and easily change used or worn blades, minimizing downtime. Simply loosen two screws and replace.		Step #2 though 6 The Polymer Tools are the remaining tools to complete the Concrete and Terrazzo polishing system. Five polymer blades starting with the 100 grit Black polymer and progressing thru 200 Blue, 400 Green, 1000 Red and 2000 Tan grits, polished floors are a few steps away. Simply apply water and continue the polishing process. The flexible blades allow the diamond to remain in constant contact with the floor, maximizing the tools effectiveness. New diamond particles are continuously exposed, retaining sharp edges throughout the life of the tool.
