Floor Cleaner and Neutralizer

No Rinse Floor Cleaner

Clean and neutralize in in one operation with this blend of mild organic acids, non-alkaline cleaners and water softeners. It will not soften floor sealer and finishes. Floors never need rinsing and the mild citrus fragrance freshens as you clean.

A totally synthetic floor cleaner designed for use in a modern floor maintenance program. It's slightly acidic pH will not damage the gloss or film of any finish and is effective at neutralizing harsh cleaner residue left behind from previous use.

For use On: Vinyl Tile, VCT (vinyl composition tile) Linoleum, Rubber Tile, Sealed Concrete, Sealed Flagstone, Sealed Terrazzo & Sealed Wood.

*Not for use on marble, travertine, granite floors or unsealed concrete floors.

Directions and Uses

FOR GENERAL FLOOR CLEANING: Dilute 1 ounce of concentrate per gallon of cold water.

FOR HEAVY DUTY FLOOR CLEANING: Dilute 2-4 ounces of concentrate per gallon of cold water.

FOR AUTOMATIC SCRUBBERS: Dilute 1/2 - 1 ounce of concentrate per gallon of cold water.

AS MOPPING SOLUTION ADDITIVE: Add 2 to 3 ounces of concentrate per gallon of rinse water. Rinse floor in the usual manner. Waxed or finished floors will be noticeably cleaner and produce more gloss.

AFTER STRIPPING CONDITIONER: Dilute 4 ounces of concentrate per gallon of water and mop on floor. Pick-up with a wet/dry vacuum or mop. Allow floor to dry and commence to apply finish.
