Water Base Wood Floor Finish |

Topcoat Multi-Use Wood Floor Finish is an
environmentally safe, water-base coating, which offers many advantages
over traditional types of hardwood floor finishes. The proven
performance capabilities make it the ideal finish for multi-use wood
floors and synthetic floors in schools, churches, boys/girls clubs and
similar facilities where a variety of activities take place. |

Multi-use wood floors are used for sports events,
meetings, cafeterias, dances and concerts. They generally are used by
people wearing all types of footwear and receive wear not found on a
"sports floor surface".
NewAge Multi-Use
experiences less scuffing and marking while requiring less maintenance.
NewAge Topcoat provides durable, resistant protection for a wood floor
while enhancing its natural beauty. Also, very fast dry times between
coats allow floors to be put back into use in half the time as with
oil-based finishes. |

Do not apply any Water Based Finish to wood floors that have been cleaned
with Murphy's Oil Soap or similar products. The oil residue left
behind will impede the ability for any water based finish to adhere to the floor
surface. If you suspect this has occurred we HIGHLY recommend
cleaning with Powerprep Cleaner and a follow up with
Maintenance Cleaner
prior to screening. |
