Clean Regularly
Maintenance
Cleaner removes dust, dirt, body oils, cosmetics, hair and dust mop treatments. Use
this process when the floor needs deep cleaning. Never wax or spray buff the floor.
Mix 1 quart of
Maintenance Cleaner to 1 gallon of water. Soak several large bath towels in the
solution. Wring them out until damp. Wrap a damp towel around the head of a push broom and
push across the floor. Clean the entire floor, using a clean damp towel as needed. Never
rinse dirty towels in clean solution. Dirty towels may be laundered and reused.

Periodic Recoating
The life of the water-based finish will depend upon the type of traffic in your business.
Under heavy traffic, recoating may be required as often as every six months. Recoat the
floor when the original film is showing signs of wear, but before the finish has worn down
to the bare wood. |
