The key to
remember when ordering these
items is the block diameter in
relationship to the machine
size. A brush is sized 2 inches
smaller than the machine
because of the flare of
the brush fibers. Pad drivers
are specified 1 inch smaller
than the machine.
Example: If you
own a 17" floor machine (this is
measured on the underside of the
machine measuring from bumper to
bumper) you would order a 15"
brush and this does include a
clutch plate.
Medium Duty Scrubbing Brush
For cleaning hard
surfaces. Polypropylene
scrubbing brushes feature .028"
diameter fill material
throughout the block. A
long-wearing, general scrub
rotary brush.

suitable for carpet.
Offers the
durability of grit brushes with
minimum aggression. For daily
scrubbing of a variety of tiles,
marble, terrazzo and non-slip
epoxy finishes.

500 grit silicon carbide.

This brush replaces green or blue
floor pads.

wide grout lines. Excellent for
scrubbing of concrete and
stripping of quarry tile,

This brush replaces black floor stripping
pads.
Mal-Grit Extra
The most aggressive Stripping / Scrubbing brush available. This
heavy gauge nylon with larger grit is used for stripping heavily soiled floors,
such as concrete floors in an industrial setting.
For Aggressive Scrubbing of Brick & Stone, Rough or Unsealed Concrete, and Aggressive Stripping of Sealed Concrete and Terrazzo Floors.

The "POWER-PAD"
is a unique combination
of a brush to handle all the
“lows” and a pad driver to clean
all the “highs”. This design
creates a multi-level scrubbing
action that produces results
superior to standard rotary
brushes and pad drivers. Reduces
the need for multiple passes
during floor stripping or
scrubbing. Ideal for use on
unsealed or sealed concrete,
terrazzo, vinyl tile,
ceramic/quarry tile and
linoleum.

Scrape-Away
starts dry and ends
dry so there are no fumes,
disposal problems or long
waiting times for the floor to
dry. Each blade has eight
numbered scraping edges to
ensure even wear.
For use only with 175 RPM rotary machines with a 1.5 HP
motor rating.
The heavy-duty circular aluminum casting has a 5" center
hole.
Equipped with 6 replaceable carbon steel cutter blades. Each blade has 8 cutting
edges. Three replacement blades in a set.
Available in 15", and 17" sizes.
Always order
the scrape away at least 1" smaller than machine
size. Otherwise the aluminum disc will NOT fit inside your machine base.
The Scrape-Away
works well for removing cutback
and multipurpose adhesive,
paint, mortar, grease, coatings,
sealers, film coatings, packed soils, ice, etc.
Six carbide
blades are spring mounted to an
aluminum casting and literally
scrape unwanted residue off the
floor without the use of harmful
chemicals.
Concrete Floor Preparation Tool
IMPORTANT: All concrete floor tools are designed for use only by experienced rotary floor machine
operators wearing protective eyewear, footwear, and dust mask. Always use the proper size standard 175 rpm rotary
floor machine(1.5 HP or greater), equipped with the proper heavy-duty "N" series clutch plate.
Do not use with flammable materials.
The
scrape-away tool is designed to
be used dry only.
