Commercial Wood Floor Cleaner

This product is formulated specifically to prepare wood floors for recoating of water-based finishes. It deep cleans existing wood floor coatings by quickly and effectively penetrating and loosening embedded soils, body oils, and scuff marks. After a clean water rinse the floor is prepared for coating.

For use on gym floors, racquetball courts, and sealed wood floors.

Fast Coat System Procedures: To prepare the floor for the cleaning process, remove all dry soils, chewing gum, and other debris from the floor. Vacuum the dirt from the floor.

1. Dilute product at 4 oz. per gallon of clean COLD water.

2. Apply using an auto scrubber with blue scrub pads or mop on solution in small sections of the floor. Allow a few minutes of dwell time and then scrub the area with use of an auto scrubber or low speed floor machine. Rotate blue pads at a rate of 800 square feet per pad. Double scrub area with an auto scrubber, IF NECESSARY. Inspect floor to see that all scuff marks are removed. Repeat cleaning process if necessary to remove additional soils and marks.

3. Rinse floor with clean water.

4. Allow the floor to dry completely before applying the appropriate bonding agent (step 2 in the Fast
Coat System).
