Generate PM Work Orders

• This form is used to create PM Work Orders for specific equipment. The equipment selected is narrowed by the date range and the criteria, if selected, in the 'Generate By' group.

• You may preview the PM Work Orders before they are actually generated.

• Once generated, the PM Work Orders can be printed and given to personnel to perform the tasks listed.

• If a part was selected for the PM task, then the quantity of parts entered will be removed from inventory.  If there are not enough parts in inventory, you will be told if any parts levels fall below zero.
