• Use this form to schedule periodic tasks previously workloaded.
• Simply select the employee/position, customer, area & task and send it to the schedule.
• Use the calendar or just select from the month/week/day lists.
• Use the 'View Schedules' utility to help you figure out where to put new tasks or change others.
• Use the 'View Unscheduled Tasks' to show which tasks you have yet to schedule.
• You can 'drill-down' to the workload information by double-clicking on the task.

Report Options

• Reports are sorted by frequency or month.
• A 'Date Completed' field can be selected to print on reports to tell you when the work was actually completed.
