• This screen creates templates for recurring tasks that are placed on the Task Calendar.
• Select the desired entity (customer, building or tenant). The default is setup in WorkOrderPro Preferences.
• Clicking the Frequency button opens the recurring schedule dialog. This dialog will allow you to set a recurrence pattern, start date and a duration.
• If you have JobCostPro installed, you can assign a Work Order Template to a Job Number. The Billing information will be pulled into the Template from the Job Number you select.
