working professionals and active seniors. Also, two of the group sessions were conducted with moms who had agreed
to bring their 3 to 8 year old children as participants in the demonstration. |

Summary of the results
Having experienced, respondents were visibly impressed. A majority of consumers had a less than favorable perception of
conventional hand dryer performance before the testing began. Most indicated they would select paper towels over conventional
hand dryers despite their dislike of paper towel litter and inconvenience. Fast drying time was the primary concern.
At the conclusion of testing and after experiencing the power of, participants were asked whether they would
now prefer the hand dryer over paper towels or other hand dryers and 96% answered with a resounding
"YES!" |
